The realities of life aren’t always pleasant, fun, interesting, or easy to face.
They don’t go away, fade away, or disappear on their own.
Even wishing it were so doesn’t have the power to dispel the fact there are some things in life we’re going to have to tackle and come to terms with.
And who has time for that.
Sure, the small blips and curves that come our way are often nothing more than simple tests to keep us focused on our goals and personal path. And usually, we can recognize the nature of such a challenge and deal with it before it becomes a major problem.
But there are always the bigger issues that aren’t so quickly dispelled.
Things like a shaky relationship on the verge of collapse, or a lack of self-confidence that holds you prisoner, or the ever-present doubt, stress, and anxiety that permeates most people’s mindset.
Finding solutions that help overcome your fears and calm your nerves can seem daunting, unless you explore useful ways to break down the pessimistic cascade into workable chunks.
I don’t have all the answers. But I can offer a few suggestions, strategies, and guidelines for managing the kinds of significant life circumstances that seem to disrupt so many people’s lives. Maybe even yours.
