On most days, we hardly think about the things we think about.
And that could be a problem …
If we truly believe we’re a reflection of what we think about, maybe we should start paying closer attention to what we allow into our minds.
Even more important, take a few moments to consider how the effects of inaccurate, uncomfortable, and potentially damaging concepts can influence and misdirect your own intentions, values, and behavior.
In my opinion, it would be a shame to let the notions and ideologies of others to become the framework around which you create your own identity.
Wouldn’t it?
