Let’s get a few things out in the open - right upfront …

If you’re being honest with yourself, there’s probably lots of stuff you know you shouldn’t be doing.

For example, laying around on the couch watching a screen instead of being more active, continuing to eat the wrong kinds of foods, or dodging phone calls and emails because someone always wants you to do something for them. And you have better ways to spend your time, or so you think.

The problem with stuffing your face with fatty, sugary foods being lazy or irresponsible is that eventually, your mind will become stuck in a negative gutter with a never-ending pity party going on in the background. Because continuing to repeat bad habits and behaviors will never make you feel better about yourself or your life.

So why can’t you simply stop doing all those things you know you are bad for you?
